Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Meghan’s Imperfect Art, we want our customers to have the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty products, such as nail polish, nail polish remover, or makeup.
• Accessories such as bracelets, necklaces, and earrings can only be returned if they have manufacturing defects.

Return Process

1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number and product photos if applicable.
2. We will review your request, and if approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
3. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund or replacement as appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence. We will offer a free replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
• We do not refund the original shipping costs of the order.

Exceptions

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after receiving the product.
• Opened, used, or unsealed products.
• Discounted or sale items.
